NOECORA works without an account. The interactive app does not intentionally send your check-ins, journal entries, plans, thought-tool text, or temporary exercise notes to a NOECORA server.
What is kept in the browser
Display preferences are stored in this browser. Wellbeing records use session-only storage by default. If you actively choose device storage after confirmation, journal entries, check-ins, and plans can remain in this browser across sessions until you clear them or the browser/device removes site data. You can export or clear records at any time. Because these wellbeing records remain in your browser, NIVIVIN Labs cannot retrieve or restore them for you.
What internet delivery can involve
When you load the website, static hosting and network providers may process ordinary delivery and security information such as IP address, requested files, timestamps, browser information, and security signals. NOECORA also sends limited first-party product measurement to NIVIVIN Labs to understand whether the app opens and whether broad self-guided activities start or complete. These events use randomly generated anonymous client and session identifiers and may include the app version, activity status, completion, and duration. They do not include check-ins, journal entries, plans, thought-tool text, temporary exercise notes, microphone audio, names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or feedback content. NOECORA contains no advertising or third-party behavioural tracking code. If Global Privacy Control is enabled, the analytics client identifier is limited to the browser session rather than persistent browser storage.
Voice, sound, and offline use
Narration and sound. Narration uses speech voices exposed by your browser or device. NOECORA selects only voices the browser reports as local; if a suitable local voice is unavailable, built-in narration remains unavailable rather than sending page text to a remote speech service. Voice availability and naturalness vary by device. Ambient sound is generated locally.
Voice input. Where a text box offers voice input, it starts only after you press the voice-input control and the browser grants microphone permission. NOECORA requests on-device speech recognition only. If the browser cannot support local recognition for the selected language, the built-in microphone input does not start. You can still type or use your device’s own dictation. NOECORA does not store microphone audio or send it to NIVIVIN Labs.
Offline use. A service worker may cache the app, policy pages, icons, and built-in guidance so core features can continue after connectivity is lost. Installing an on-device speech language pack, where supported, may require connectivity once.
Your controls
Use Reflect to export or clear records, Preferences to choose session or device storage, or your browser's site-data controls to remove the app and its local data. Avoid device storage on a shared or monitored device. Exported files are outside NOECORA and should be stored with care.
If you send feedback
The Feedback page is optional and separate from your private wellbeing records. If you submit feedback, the category, message, any reply address you choose to provide, the NOECORA version, and submission time are sent over the internet to NIVIVIN Labs. Your NOECORA records are not attached automatically. The feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse; Cloudflare may process technical browser and network signals for that security check. Ordinary hosting, delivery, and security metadata may also be processed.
