NOECORA™ is a local-first wellbeing application. Reflections stay with the current tab by default. You may choose to keep recent reflections on this device for up to 30 days. Companion messages remain session-only unless you explicitly send recent messages to an external AI provider. NIVIVIN Labs™ does not create user accounts or hold a central copy of browser-local check-ins, reflections, companion messages, display choices, or API keys.

What stays in your browser

Display preferenceStored so the app can remember your chosen display tone.

Check-ins and reflectionsSession-only by default. If you choose device storage, up to 50 validated reflections are kept in this browser for no more than 30 days.

Companion messagesUp to 12 validated messages are retained only for the current tab session.

Optional API keyHeld only in page memory. NOECORA™ does not write it to localStorage or sessionStorage. It is discarded on close or reload and cleared after 15 minutes in the background.

External-AI consentHeld only in page memory. Consent must be given again after close or reload.

NIVIVIN Labs™ cannot view, retrieve, correct, export, sell, share, or delete this browser-local information because it does not hold a central copy.

Optional external AI

External AI remains off unless you enable it. When you add an OpenRouter key and give session consent, up to four recent companion messages are sent to OpenRouter and a routed model provider under their own terms and policies. Avoid entering names, contact details, passwords, financial information, medical or legal documents, or other sensitive information.

Hosting and technical logs

NOECORA™ is delivered through Netlify static hosting. Netlify may process ordinary delivery, security, and error logs, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested resources, under its own terms. These logs are separate from browser-local wellbeing entries.

Browser-storage limits

Browser and page memory are controlled by your device and browser profile. They are not a secure medical, legal, financial, or confidential record system. Information visible in an open tab may be accessible to another person, a malicious extension, malware, or a compromised device.

Retention and deletion

Companion messages remain session-only; some browsers may restore session data after a crash or reopening. Reflections are session-only unless you choose 30-day device storage in Privacy controls. Quick exit clears private data, consent, safety state, the storage choice, and the in-memory API key before leaving. In-app controls let you clear reflections, clear companion history, remove the key, download a readable reflection file, download JSON for data portability, or delete all NOECORA™ data. Downloaded files are unencrypted and become your responsibility once saved. Deleting local data does not control logs retained independently by the hosting provider or processing already completed by an external-AI provider.

Your choices

You can use NOECORA™ without external AI, withdraw external-AI consent, and delete local information at any time. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@nivivinlabs.com.

NOECORA™ is intended for adults aged 18 and above.

Responsibility boundaries

To the extent permitted by law, NIVIVIN Labs™ is not responsible for loss, exposure, corruption, or deletion of browser-local information controlled on your device, or for information you choose to send to independent third-party services. Nothing in this policy limits responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the application, providers, hosting, or legal requirements change.
