By using NOECORA™ you agree to use it as an educational self-help and wellbeing companion and to follow these terms.
Adults only
NOECORA™ is intended for people aged 18 and above.
Scope
NOECORA™ is not a medical device, therapy or counselling service, healthcare provider, crisis service, or substitute for qualified professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a condition and does not provide medical, psychiatric, clinical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Emergencies
Do not rely on NOECORA™ in an emergency. Use emergency services and nearby human support. In India, call 112. For mental-health crisis support, Tele-MANAS is available at 14416 or 1800-89-14416. Outside India, use a verified country-specific service such as Find A Helpline.
Local-first design
NOECORA™ does not create user accounts or hold a central copy of wellbeing entries or API keys. Reflections are session-only by default. You may choose to keep up to 50 reflections in this browser for up to 30 days; companion messages remain session-only. API keys and external-AI consent remain in page memory only. You are responsible for the security of your device, browser profile, open tabs, and exported files.
Optional external AI
External AI is optional and uses your own OpenRouter key. Up to four recent messages may be sent to OpenRouter and a routed model provider under their terms. Responses may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unsafe. Provider charges, limits, and availability may apply.
NOECORA™ currently does not charge for access to the application. This does not include charges that an independent AI provider may apply to your own account.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse, disrupt, unlawfully access, reverse engineer, or use NOECORA™ to harm another person. Do not enter information you are not authorised to use or that requires a secure professional record system.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. No guarantee is made that the app or hosting will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for health, safety, financial, legal, and personal decisions.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, NIVIVIN Labs™ is not responsible for losses arising from browser-local data, shared-device access, browser extensions, malware, hosting interruptions, third-party services, user-supplied API keys, or decisions made from NOECORA™ content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
NOECORA™, its original interface, text, visual identity, and source materials remain the property of their lawful owner unless otherwise stated. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
